Welcome to Founder Vizion ("Founder Vizion", "Company", "we", "our" or "us").

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Founder Vizion platform, including our website, mobile applications, products, services, content and related offerings (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

Founder Vizion is a global platform designed to facilitate meaningful connections among entrepreneurs, co-founders, startup teams, technical professionals, advisors, mentors and service providers.

Founder Vizion acts solely as a technology platform and intermediary. We do not endorse, verify, guarantee or assume responsibility for the conduct, credentials, capabilities, intentions or representations of any user.

Any business relationship, partnership, investment transaction, employment arrangement, advisory engagement or collaboration formed through the Platform is undertaken solely at the discretion and risk of the participating parties.

To access or use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least eighteen (18) years of age;
• Possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements;
• Provide accurate, complete, and current information;
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to refuse access to the Platform or terminate accounts that fail to satisfy these requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.

You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account or any suspected security breach.

Founder Vizion reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe a violation of these Terms, applicable laws or platform policies has occurred.

Founder Vizion lets you optionally connect third-party accounts, such as Google Search Console, to view your own data inside the Platform.

• Connecting a tool is your choice, and you can disconnect it at any time;
• By connecting, you confirm you are authorised to grant access to that account and its data;
• Your use of the third-party service remains governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policy;
• We access only the data needed for the features described at the time you connect, and we handle it as set out in our Privacy Policy;
• We are not responsible for a third-party provider changing, restricting, suspending or discontinuing its API, and metrics shown are provided as-is by that provider.

Users are expected to engage professionally, honestly and respectfully.

You agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or deceptive information;
• Impersonate another individual or organization;
• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, harassing or unlawful conduct;
• Upload malicious software, harmful code or unauthorized automated tools;
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;
• Solicit, collect or misuse personal information without authorization;
• Circumvent or interfere with Platform security measures.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action regarding any conduct that may compromise the integrity, security, or reputation of the Platform.

Founder Vizion does not provide investment, financial, legal, tax, accounting, employment, recruitment or professional advisory services.

Nothing on the Platform shall be construed as:

• Investment advice;
• A solicitation to invest;
• An endorsement of any business opportunity;
• A guarantee of funding, employment, partnerships, or commercial success.

Users are solely responsible for conducting independent due diligence before entering into any transaction or relationship.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Founder Vizion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages arising from or related to the use of the Platform.

Founder Vizion's aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the user to Founder Vizion during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.
