Founder Vizion is committed to protecting the privacy, confidentiality and security of personal information entrusted to us.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, process, store and protect personal information when individuals access or use our Platform.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

We may collect information that you voluntarily provide, including:

• Full name;
• Email address;
• Telephone number;
• Professional profile information;
• Startup and business information;
• Social and professional networking profiles;
• Communications exchanged through the Platform.

We may also automatically collect certain technical and usage information, including:

• IP address;
• Browser type;
• Device identifiers;
• Operating system;
• Access logs;
• Interaction and engagement data.

Founder Vizion lets you optionally connect your Google account so we can show your website's search performance inside your dashboard. Connecting Google is optional. The rest of the Platform works without it, and you can disconnect at any time.

When you connect Google Search Console, we request these scopes and use them only as described:

• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/webmasters.readonly: read-only access to your Search Console properties. We use it to list the properties you own so you can choose one, and to retrieve clicks, impressions, click-through rate, average position, top queries and top pages for the property you selected. We never write to, modify or delete anything in your Search Console account.
• openid and email: to display which Google account is connected, so you can tell your accounts apart and confirm you linked the right one.

We store the OAuth access and refresh tokens Google issues so your dashboard can stay up to date without asking you to sign in again. Tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM and are never returned by our API, never logged, and never shown in the interface.

We store a daily summary of the search metrics for the property you selected: clicks, impressions, click-through rate and average position, plus your top queries and pages. We keep this because Google Search Console only serves roughly sixteen months of history, and retaining it lets us show you longer-range trends.

Your Search Console data is visible only to you. It is never shown to other users on the Platform, and it is never used in matching or recommendations without your explicit, separate consent.

You can disconnect at any time from Tools, then Integrations. Disconnecting revokes our access at Google, deletes the stored tokens, and deletes the synced metric history from our database.

Specifically, we commit that:

• We only use data received from Google APIs to provide and improve the user-facing features that are prominently visible in the Founder Vizion interface, namely your Search Console dashboard.
• We do not transfer data received from Google APIs to third parties, except as necessary to provide those features, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition after obtaining your explicit consent.
• We do not use data received from Google APIs to serve advertising of any kind, including retargeting, personalised advertising, or interest-based advertising.
• We do not allow humans to read data received from Google APIs, unless we have your affirmative agreement for specific data, it is necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, it is required to comply with applicable law, or the data has been aggregated and anonymised so it can no longer be linked to you.
• We do not sell data received from Google APIs under any circumstances.

We process personal information to:

• Provide and maintain Platform functionality;
• Facilitate user matching and networking opportunities;
• Verify accounts and improve trust and safety;
• Respond to support requests and inquiries;
• Improve services, products and user experience;
• Detect fraud, abuse and security incidents;
• Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

We process personal information only for legitimate business purposes and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

Founder Vizion operates globally.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to, processed in and stored in India and other jurisdictions where our service providers maintain operations.

Where required by law, we implement appropriate safeguards to protect cross-border transfers of personal information.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights relating to:

• Accessing your personal information;
• Correcting inaccurate information;
• Requesting deletion of personal information;
• Restricting or objecting to processing;
• Withdrawing consent where applicable;
• Requesting data portability.

Founder Vizion seeks to comply with applicable privacy regulations, including:

• India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023;
• General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR);
• UK GDPR;
• California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended;
• Other applicable privacy and data protection laws.

We implement commercially reasonable technical, administrative and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, alteration or disclosure.

However, no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
